What is CACIM

The Cultural Activities Catalogue of the Consell de Mallorca (CACIM) allows municipalities to contract musical activities with a subsidy of up to 90% of the total cost.

It is a key tool for bringing concerts to towns with fewer than 5,000 inhabitants across the island and expanding artistic presence throughout Mallorca.

Registration options

A — Registration with billing through Illa Músics

Registration fee: €0

Illa Músics manages the full process:

– Registration and deregistration within the Spanish artists’ social security system
– Direct invoicing to the municipality

Commission per performance:

€100 → if the artist secures the performance

€100 → if the artist secures the performance

B — Registration in your own name

(self-employed status required)

Registration fee: €190 + VAT

The artist manages contracts and invoices independently.

If Illa Músics secures a concert, a €150 commission applies.

Requirements

To complete CACIM registration, a full artistic project and all required documentation must be submitted within the official deadline of each call.
