CACIM Registration

The Catàleg d’Activitats Culturals del Consell Insular de Mallorca (CACIM) of the Mallorca Island Council allows local councils to book music performances with up to 90% funding. At Illa Músics, we help you register your project, prepare all required documents, and handle the full process so you can offer subsidised concerts across the island.

Registration with invoicing through Illa Músics

• Illa Músics takes care of everything.

• Includes registration and deregistration under the artists’ Social Security scheme.

• Direct invoicing to the town council.

Commission per performance:

✔️ €100 → if the artist provides the performance

✔️ €250 → if the performance is found by Illa Músics

Registration under your own name (you must be self-employed)

• The artist handles all contracts and invoicing.

• If Illa Músics finds a concert, a €150 commission will be charged.

Requirements and general conditions

You must submit a complete biography, a concert program, and all required documentation within the established deadline. This ensures correct registration and smooth coordination of performances.

We help you apply for mobility grants from the Institut d'Estudis Baleàrics (IEB), designed for artists and music professionals traveling outside their island of residence for performances.

We help you apply for mobility grants from the Institut d’Estudis Baleàrics (IEB), designed to cover travel and accommodation costs for musicians, managers, and music professionals.

We take care of preparing and submitting the application on your behalf, so you can focus on your music without dealing with administrative hurdles.

This service is ideal if you have concerts outside the Balearic Islands and want to recover part of your expenses.

We submit the application for you, carefully and within the official deadlines.

• Expenses must be supported by invoices

Invoicing:

• If the grant is approved, Illa Músics will invoice the artist directly for the service.

Comissió pel servei de gestió:

🟡10% of the grant amount obtained, with a minimum of €100.

🔍Submitting the dossier does not guarantee grant approval. We provide a careful and professional service, but cannot be held responsible if the project is not accepted.

Illa Músics cannot guarantee the grant will be awarded, but we are committed to delivering a thorough and tailored service.

We provide a free evaluation of your music project to check if it qualifies for any current funding calls (Consell de Mallorca, IEB, local councils…).
